Ingredients:-

6 slices bread 2 apples cubed 2 large eggs 1 cups whole milk 1 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 tablespoons honey 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray muffin tin. Cut bread slices into cubes and place in a bowl. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, one teaspoon cinnamon and honey. Add cubed bread and half of the cubed apples gently stir to coat the bread and apple cubes in the egg mixture. Fill the muffin tins with the soaked mixture. In a small bowl add the remaining apples and cinnamon mix well. Sprinkle over muffins. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bake through the middle. Serve warm topped with cinnamon powder or maple syrup.

Should you wish to freeze these yumlecious delights, wrap the Apple Cinnamon French Toast Muffins individually in cling wrap. Unwrap and microwave for 30-60 seconds. EnJoY
