Goan Choris Pao (Goan Sausage Bread) an awesome finger food which can be enjoyed as a snack or a quick meal. Do try out this yumlecious finger food. Don't forget to leave your comment.

Ingredients:
4 cup All purpose flour, 2 teaspoon Instant dry yeast, 6 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon salt & 1 1/2 cup warm milk.
For Egg wash:-
1 egg and 2 tablespoon milk, beaten together.
For Chourico filling:-
1 1/2 cup choris, 3 medium onions chopped, 3 tomatoes chopped, 4 jalapeno chopped, 2 tablespoon oil, salt to taste.
Choris Chilly Fry:-
In a wok add 2 tablespoon oil. Add finely chopped onions fry till translucent. Add chopped jalapeno chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes soft and sausage and mix in well, add one cup of water cook till done.
Direction:-
Mix together flour, salt, sugar, butter, yeast, 1 egg and warm milk to make a sticky dough. Place dough in a bowl and apply oil, cover and keep in a warm dark place (I placed the bowl in the oven) for an hour to rise. The dough should double in size after an hour.
Remove dough from bowl and place on working surface, punch to remove the air.
Divide dough and form balls, Roll out and stuff with choris chilly fry. Flatten each ball using your hands or rolling pin, stuff enough sausage chilly fry in it.
Once you are done assembling the buns seal and place on a greased baking tray sealed side down to prove for 40/50 minutes till they rise again. You may sprinkle sesame seeds if you wish, I, however sprinkled parsley.
Preheat oven at 225 C. Brush buns with beaten egg. Bake for 10 / 15 till done. Enjoy yumlecious Choris Pao
