Gluten Free Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Easy low carb, gluten free Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins. Healthy enough for breakfast, these yummy moist almond flour muffins just melt in your mouth. Do try out my recipe and do leave your comment.

Ingredients:- 2 large ripe bananas
2 large large
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
2 tablespoon chopped walnuts for sprinkling
Cooking spray
Instructions:- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside. In a food processor, add bananas, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt and process till smooth.
Add almond flour and process to combine. Add chocolate chips and stir with a spatula.
Using an ice cream scoop, divide batter in muffin tin and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean. I used a large muffin tin so got 6 muffins. Remove from the oven, cool on wire rack for 20 minutes and enjoy with hot cups of tea or coffee
