Gluten Free Chocolate Chip, Apple Cinnamon Muffins

These yummy gluten free Chocolate Chip Apple Cinnamon Muffins are easy to make and make a great breakfast with hot cups of tea or coffee. Do try out this recipe and don't leave your comment


Ingredients:-

2 cups Almond flour

2 eggs

2 apples

1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon all spice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chips

2 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/2 cups walnuts

cooking spray as required


Directions:-

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line muffin tin with paper liners and spray canola oil cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together honey, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract add grated apples, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and allspice. Mix in the cubed apples and chocolate chips. Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cups and then bake for 18/20 minutes. Insert toothpick to check.

Cool the muffins on a wire rack. It can be served either warm or room temperature with hots cups of Tea or Coffee. Enjoy
