Overnight Chia Seeds in Yogurt

Chia Pudding with Yogurt is deliciously creamy, totally healthy, and very quick and easy to make. Add fruit and nuts of your choice, I added bananas and blueberries. Store in fridge in single serving portions which makes it so convenient to grab when you need a quick breakfast or snack.



Ingredients:-

½ cup strawberry yogurt ½ cup whole milk 4 tablespoons chia seeds (2 tablespoons per serving) 1 banana (1/2 banana per serving) handful blueberries



Directions : In a mason jar, mix together yogurt and milk. Stir in the chia seeds. Cover and set in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, give the chia seed pudding a good mix, breaking apart any clumps. Top with your favorite chocolate granola, blueberries, strawberries, banana, raspberries or fruits of your choice. I used banana n blueberries.
